An innovative gastronomic space headed by award-winning chef, Juan Antonio Gómez, and inspired by the strong roots of local gastronomy and the traditional recipes of Luchi Santamaría. At the centre of the restaurant and within sight of the diners are the grills, in which sustainable coal, wood chips, vines and vine shoots add an exquisite touch to the traditional roasts. Varied starters, soups or stews, vegetables, fish, meats and homemade pastries make up an appetising menu.
