In an idyllic and unique setting of vineyards and wineries, in Laguardia, under the attentive gaze of the Cantabria Mountains, you can find our Rotisserie-Restaurant, a place where you can enjoy the best traditional Basque-Rioja wine and food with an innovative hint, as well as the best wines. An innovative gastronomic space headed by chef Chusmi Gonzalo, and inspired by the strong roots of local gastronomy and the traditional recipes of Luchi Santamaría.
At the centre of the restaurant and within sight of the diners are the grills, in which sustainable coal, wood chips, vines and vine shoots add an exquisite touch to the traditional roasts. Varied starters, soups or stews, vegetables, fish, meats and homemade pastries make up an appetising menu.
In our commitment to return to the roots of local gastronomy, based on traditional recipes with modern touches, we are convinced of the importance of using the best ingredients and remaining true to our 0 km commitment, working hand in hand with local producers and using traditional farm and Eusko Label products.
The Villa-Lucía Rotisserie is the first 0 km restaurant in the Rioja PDO that has been certified and approved by the international Slow Food movement.
Dining Room
Such a fantastic cuisine has to be accompanied by luxurious spaces. The main dining room features an exquisite vintage industrial décor in which metal, iron, and wood are the key elements based on the traditions of the winemaking industry in the first third of the 20th century. We also have a private dining room with identical décor for more intimate meetings, celebrations and meals.
Both spaces provide access to the gardens and, weather permitting, you can enjoy nature while enjoying a glass of wine with pintxos, or while having lunch or dinner, or simply a coffee, cocktail or a drink.
Wine Bar
Open daily, from the morning, the Wine Bar is an excellent option for tasting our miniature cuisine. Small snacks known as pintxos, which combine perfectly with a generous selection of wines from the Rioja Protected Designation of Origin and other domestic and international designations. You can also enjoy our coffees and teas, homemade pastries and a wide range of cocktails and drinks with and without alcohol.
